TERMS · 13 OCTOBER 2026

Terms of use.

These terms are an agreement between you and Spring Digital Commerce LLC (Wilmington, Delaware, United States), referred to as “we”, for the SharpBrain app and the website at https://sharpbrain.app. By using either you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What SharpBrain is

SharpBrain is an entertainment and self-improvement app with short games and quizzes. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, not therapy and not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in the app, including the IQ estimate and the health screeners, is a diagnosis or a clinical assessment. See the honest page and the safety page.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it, to create an account. The content is written for adults. If you use the app on behalf of someone else you confirm you are allowed to.

3. Your account

The app creates an anonymous account on first open. You may link it to Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent.

4. Free use, Premium, trials and renewals

One Snack a day, streaks, result cards, the three quizzes and both health screeners are free. Premium is an optional in-app purchase sold through Apple's App Store as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app, and these terms add to it. Where they conflict, Apple's agreement wins for matters it covers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Content and intellectual property

The games, characters, jokes, artwork, names and code are ours or licensed to us. You may share the result cards and posters the app makes for you, including on social media. You may not remove the watermark on free cards or claim the characters as your own. The ASRS v1.1 and GAD-7 questionnaires are reproduced under their public availability for screening use.

7. Availability and changes

The app works offline for play and syncs when online. We may change, add or remove games, tests and features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. We will not remove the health screeners from the free tier.

8. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will improve your intelligence, memory, attention, health or anything else, that it will be error-free, or that it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing removes consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except that if you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory consumer law, you keep the protection of that law and may bring claims in your local courts.
